Retreat Serenity Lou is an independent editorial guide. It describes seventeen properties through setting, rooms and surroundings, then sends you to each official listing for the rest.

How the guide works

Who we are and how entries are built

Retreat Serenity Lou is not a booking platform. It is an editorial site that describes hospitality properties in the same structure every time: setting, category, and what the surroundings imply.

We hold no inventory and take no reservations. Each entry ends with a link to the property’s own official listing page, where details and availability live under that operator’s control.

Nothing here is ranked for commission. The catalogs group properties by angle so you can compare like with like, then leave this site when you are ready for primary sources.

Clarity over persuasion

This guide exists so readers can orient themselves before they leave for an official listing. Every entry uses the same fields. Every outbound link goes to one listing page and nowhere else.

We do not publish costs, availability calendars or guest testimonials about named properties. The prose stays structural: what the place is, where it sits, and how the setting shapes a stay.

If something in an entry needs correction, write to us. Independence means we answer to readers, not to operators seeking placement.
